Travel Information
The Organizing Committee provides transportation to Akademgorodok for participants arriving to Novosibirsk on August 20th on following flights:
Moscow / Sheremetyevo (SVO) → Novosibirsk
Aeroflot Airlines, flight SU 1548, arrives at 04:40 am
Moscow / Domodedovo (DME) → Novosibirsk
S7 Airlines, flight S7 189, arrives at 05:00 am
Moscow / Domodedovo (DME) → Novosibirsk
S7 Airlines, flight S7 173, arrives at 05:30 am
Please send an email to organizers chromosome2018@mcb.nsc.ru (the subject of the letter should be “Arrival”) with information on your flight number, arrival time, full name and number of your travel companions.
The Organizing Committee kindly asks those participants arriving on other dates or other time to get to Akademgorodok independently.
The journey from Tolmachevo Airport to Akademgorodok takes 60 minutes on average depending on the traffic. We strongly recommend ordering a taxi with:

Please take into account that taxi drivers are not allowed to spend more than 15 minutes on the territory of the airport, so it is best to order a taxi after receiving your luggage. The taxi operator will inform you about car type and number plates and also estimated time of arrival. If you need a receipt ask the taxi operator beforehand to provide you one.
